BOCA RATON, Fla. – The Florida Atlantic University men’s tennis team improved to 11-4 on the year with a 4-1 victory over George Washington and a 7-0 sweep of UConn on Tuesday at the FAU Tennis Complex.

• Morin-Kougoucheff and Chancerel quickly followed with a 6-4 win to clinch the point while Frias and Stefani also won 7-6
• Frias continued his phenomenal day with a 6-0, 6-0 win over Arnaud Valentin to open singles play
• Stefani topped Jacob Appleton 6-1, 6-1 in the No. 4 slot
• Morin-Kougoucheff clinched the match for the Owls with his 6-3, 6-0 win over Christopher Toner in the No. 1s
• Jimenez won his singles bout 6-0, 6-3 over Justin Warren
• Gabriel Carvajal beat Hank Hill 6-2, 6-2 and Anthony Schohn rounded out the sweep with a 6-4, 7-5 win
