BOCA RATON, Fla. - The Florida Atlantic University baseball team will make its Conference USA debut on Friday, March 7 in the first of a three-game series at UTSA.
The Owls (10-3) have won three in a row, most recently sweeping Boston College in a two-game midweek series. FAU has won eight of its last nine games, taking series victories over Monmouth, North Florida, and St. John's.

Sophomore Billy Endris hit a two-out, full-count walkoff double to right center in the bottom of the 11th inning on Tuesday night to lift FAU to a 3-2 victory over Boston College in the most exciting moment of the season thus far. He drove in freshman CJ Chatham, who hit a two-out double on an 0-2 pitch to set up the walkoff.
The Owls have outscored their opponents 77-44 over the 11 games and the FAU pitching staff has allowed just 32 earned runs for a team ERA of 2.42. Freshman Stephen Kerr leads FAU at the plate, hitting .409 with 12 runs scored.
