Football Scout Day Scheduled

BOCA RATON, FL - Florida Atlantic University will play host to its annual spring scout day, on Thursday, February 26 between 8 and 9 a.m. Players and scouts will gather at FAU's Tom Oxley Athletic Center, 777 Glades Road, Boca Raton campus.

Senior hopefuls will begin the day with measurements which include: height, weight, hand size, arm span and flexibility. The prospects then will move to the weight room where they will be tested in the broad jump, vertical leap and their bench press. Measurements and weight room drills will be closed to the general public.

The players and scouts will move to the FAU Track and Field Complex behind the FAU Arena at 10 a.m., where the individuals will run the 40, a short shuttle and the three-cone drill. Some players potentially will run plays.
