FAU Baseball Game Suspended

The first game of the Florida Atlantic and Middle Tennessee baseball series has been suspended due to rain. It will resume tonight after game two has been televeised on CSS. The TV game has been pushed back to a 5:15 p.m. et start. FAU leads game one 16-1 heading into the bottom of the eighth inning. FAU starter Joel Schmal went seven innings and has allowed one run on seven hits and struck out three. The FAU offense has produced four home runs in the contest, including two by William Block.
