FAU Ticket Packages Available for New Orleans Bowl

With the Florida Atlantic University football team's 38-32 win over Troy University on Saturday, FAU becomes the fastest start-up program to be invited to a bowl game, as the Sun Belt Conference champions have received an invitation to the R + L Carriers New Orleans Bowl. The Owls will face Memphis on Friday, December 21 at the Louisiana Superdome at 8 p.m. EST.
Tickets for the game are currently on sale. Owl fans can place their orders by calling the FAU ticket office at 1-866-FAU-OWLS or by going online to www.fausports.com. Sideline tickets are $40 each (sections 135-149 at the Louisiana Superdome). Owl Club members will be given first priority for seat location, followed by current and previous season ticket holders, and then general public seats will be determined. We also ask you to consider purchasing tickets for donation to underprivileged groups in the New Orleans area.
Owl Club and season ticket holders have until Monday, December 10 to receive priority seating. All tickets will be mailed on Friday, December 14. This is an opportunity, not only to take part in a historic event, but it is also a chance to donate to the FAU Athletic Department. Proceeds from all tickets purchased through FAU's ticket office will go directly to the Athletic Department. FAU receives no proceeds from tickets purchased from sites other than FAU.
Ticket orders placed after Friday, December 14 can be picked up through Wednesday, December 19 at the Tom Oxley Athletic Center at FAU's Boca Raton campus, at the team hotel, the Sheraton in New Orleans on Canal Street on Thursday, December 20 and Friday, December 21 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., or they can be picked up at will call at the Louisiana Superdome the day of the game.
