The Florida Atlantic University football team will go through one more walk-through practice Thursday afternoon on the FAU practice field. The Owls battle SEC power Florida on Saturday at 12 p.m. at Ben Hill Griffin Stadium at Florida Field. The game can be seen on pay-per-view with participating Florida cable and satellite systems, and can be heard on WMEN-AM 640 or online at fausports.com.
On Friday morning, come to the Tom Oxley Athletic Center to help send off the Owls as they get on the bus to head north to Gainesville. Join the prOWLers at 8:45 a.m. as they send make noise and send their encouragement to coach Howard Schnellenberger and the Owl team before the buses depart at 9 a.m.
On Saturday, the Owl Club will host its official watch party at Coyote Jack's on the FAU Boca Raton campus, beginning at 11:30 a.m. Coyote Jack's is located in the student union by the Center Market Place Cafeteria, parking is available at Lot 16. There will be free appetizers and drink specials throughout the game. Owl Radio will provide music during breaks in the action, and there will be giveaways, including a chance to win a trip to FAU's final regular season game against Troy on December 1st.
