Weberg Named Sun Belt Swimmer of the Week

After posting an NCAA qualifying time in the 200-yard breaststroke at a meet on Saturday, Florida Atlantic University's Ellie Weberg was named the Sun Belt Conference Swimmer of the Week. Weberg qualified for her third NCAA Championship by posting a time of 2:12.44 and winning the event by more than 12 seconds.

A native of Bloomington, MN, Weberg will return home to Minnesota to swim at the National Championships on March 8-10. The event will be hosted by the University of Minnesota.

FAU has two meets left this season before it heads to the Sun Belt Championships on February 15-17 in Nashville, TN.
