On Saturday, Florida Atlantic University's swimming and diving teams will travel to the University of Florida for the final away meet of the regular season. The 1 p.m. meet will take place at the Stephen C. O'Connell Center as UF honors its seniors.
The UF women are ranked in the top-10 in the nation, while the men's team is ranked in the top 15.
The Owls are coming off a meet against Florida International University and Indian River Community College last weekend. The women's team came away with victories over both schools and senior Ellie Weberg earned a trip to the NCAA Championships with a qualifying time of 2:12.44 in the 200-yard breaststroke.
The Owls will finish the season by hosting Miami and Tampa on February 3 before heading to the Sun Belt Conference Championships on February 15-17. The FAU women will try to defend their title after winning the championship in 2006.
