Katie Roche joined the Florida Atlantic University athletic department in July 2022 as an Assistant Director of Compliance.
Roche spent the last two years as a compliance graduate assistant at Northern State University in Aberdeen, South Dakota. She previously spent time with her alma mater, Florida Southern College, as women’s basketball team manager, and then joined the team as a student-athlete the following year. Roche rounded out her experience at FSC directly assisting the athletics department as an event staff and game manager. Roche also garnered experience with the Kansas City Chiefs, Boston College, and the NCAA national office.
The native of Clermont, Fla. earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Business Management from FSC in May 2019. She completed her master’s degree in Sport Performance and Leadership at Northern State in May 2022.
