Andrew Posen joined Florida Atlantic University’s staff in September 2018 as the assistant athletic director of ticketing. In July of 2021 he was elevated to Associate AD or Sales and Services. Posen's promotion came after more than a year of handling all operation as well as sales services as the landscape of the country and the university shifted to best handle COVID-19.
Posen spent over three years with the University of Miami ticket office, where he oversaw the daily box office operation and management of all ticketed events. He was an integral part in overseeing the football ticket operations as well as the back-to-back season ticket men’s basketball sell outs for the first time in school history.
Prior to his time at Miami, Posen was the graduate assistant for the Kansas State ticket office where he was part of the team that produced a school record in football attendance and was named the 2014 Marketing Team of the Year by the National Association of Collegiate Marketing Administrators.
Posen first got his start in collegiate athletics in 2009 as a marketing intern for Clemson athletics where he remained for four years.
Posen earned his master’s degree in counseling and student development from Kansas State University. The Freehold, New Jersey native also obtained his B.S. in marketing with a minor in management from Clemson University.
