At Colorado State
Began his tenure as the assistant of strength and conditioning for Colorado State in May of 2019
Designed and implemented all “Return to Play” programming and training for football student-athletes
Executed all on-field player tracking through Polar systems, creating daily readiness feedback for sport coaches
Liaison for CSU’s sports medicine department, integrating a holistic overview and interdependent training regime for all student-athletes
Assisted and executed all daily aspects of training for football student-athletes
Helped implement a periodize practice plan for football coaches to improve weekly technical and tactical training of student-athletes
Executed and carried out the inaugural Colorado State Strength and Conditioning Clinic, benefiting St. Jude’s Children Hospital
At ULM
Served as the assistant director for strength and conditioning at ULM from January to May of 2019 where he focused his attention on conditioning and preparing for spring practice
Worked with all “Return to Play” athletes
Directed/Implemented all daily training for “Mids” (LB, RB, TE, DE)
Designed and implemented programs for both indoor and beach volleyball
Designed and implemented training programs for mid-distance track and tennis athletes
At Nevada
Was an assistant football strength and conditioning coach at Nevada from January 2018 to December of 2018, where he focused his energies on directing long term return to play protocols
Directed and implemented developmental “Non-Travel” program for in-season training
Assisted with daily aspects of strength and conditioning, directed individual platforms and stations during training sessions
Tasked with long-term development of facilities and working with sales representatives to help remodel weight room
At Ohio State
Worked as a professional strength and conditioning intern for the Buckeyes for the year in 2017
Assisted with daily aspects of strength and conditioning and directed individual platforms and stations during training sessions
Designed and implemented training program for new walk-ons, with integration plan into team training session
Executed the daily use of Sports Science including Omega Wave, Zephyr, Float Tank, NovoThor, USG, Athos and Polar
Sports performance liaison for safeties unit and facilitated all performance needs
At Marshall
Gained his first experience as a collegiate strength and conditioning coach at Marshall from the Fall of 2014 through the Spring of 2017 where he served as an intern/student assistant while also competing for the Thundering Herd.
Played for the Thundering Herd from the end of 2013 through 2016, as a linebacker for the football team.
Was apart of 2 C-USA East Division Titles, and won an outright C-USA Championship in 2014
Multiple time All-Academic C-USA recipient
Was a part of one of the winningest teams in college football during that five-year period.
