Served as an intern for the Wolfpack in both 2024 and 2025
Helped to setup and organize training sessions as well as programs for the student-athletes
Conducted research and challenged himself by inquiring new methodologies that came to mind that would further drive progression of player performances
Worked with injured offensive linemen who were unable to practice or limited in a practice setting

At Arkansas State
Was an integral part of the strength and conditioning staff as an intern strength and conditioning coach at Arkansas State from 2021 until moving to NC State.
Instrumental in setting up and organizing training sessions, implementation of training programs and program design, led position-specific drills for the offensive linemen, lead on-field position work for offensive linemen in preparation for their NFL Pro Day and conducted 1-on-1 mental performance sessions.

At South Dakota
Served as an intern at South Dakota for two months before taking a position at Arkansas State
Playing Career
Was an offensive lineman for the Auburn Tigers and the starting center in 2016
Played three seasons, 2021-23, with the Pittsburgh Maulers (USFL)
Personal
Graduated from Auburn University in 2015 with an undergraduate degree in Public Administration and again with a graduate degree adult education in December of 2016
