Joined the staff in February of 2023 as an assistant director of player development and was elevated to director of player development in January of 2024 and added head coach relations to her role in January 2025.

Held a position that was in the frontline of developing the NIL experience virtually from June of 2020 through taking the position at Florida Atlantic
Worked with NFLPA sports agent on daily operations

Professional Experience

Came to the Owls after stints with RRM Culinary Enterprises, where she was the director of business compliance and previous to that position was the director of talent acquisition and at Renaissance Charter School Cypress where she served as a S.T.E.M. educator

At Roger Dean Stadium

Served as an account executive from January of 2018 through November of 2019
Primary responsibilities were in the sales areas as well as weekly communication with patrons, the coordinator of events and operations

At Miami Foundation

Held the position for the 2017 season
Worked on the fundraising side of the program

At ESPN West Palm

Helped with editing and producing radio segments for local partners
Assisted with planning and attending community events for the radio station as well as assisted WPTV News Channel 5 anchors, during live segments

Personal
Education: Obtained a B.S. in Business Administration, with a focus in Sport Business, in May of 2017 and then her master’s degree in business administration focusing upon entrepreneurial management in April of 2019
Leadership: Active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha sorority, Zeta Tau Omega, serves as the chairperson of Twenty Pearls Youth Group and is the co-chairperson of Founder’s Day Committee
