Playing Career
Played for both the Jacksonville Jaguars and the Chicago Bears prior to starting his coaching career
Three-year starter for Virginia Tech where he played from 2013-18
Saw action in 37 games and recorded 29 starts as a three-year starting offensive lineman
Earned All-ACC Honorable Mention Honor in 2017 and All-ACC second team honors as a senior
Served as team captain in 2018
Three-time bowl champion: Military (2014), Independence (2015) and Belk Bowl (2016)
Personal Education: Received a third Virginia Tech Bachelor of Science degree in December of 2018 with a focus in Human Development from Virginia Tech, his second in Sociology in December of 2017 and his first in HNFE in May of 2016.
Son of Liza and Eugene Chung. Eugene was an All-American at Virginia Tech and a first-round draft pick by the New England Patriots and holds a Super Bowl Championship ring as a coach for the Philadelphia Eagles.
