Reed joined the Owls’ staff in January 2020 as the director of football operations and immediately began assisting with recruiting visits and building the 2020 recruiting class all while handling the oversight of the team’s move from the Tom Oxley Center, a place the Owls had called home since the program’s inception in 2000, to the Schmidt Family Complex
Her focus continued focus will be on the details of the day-to-day operations as well as the team’s travel and game day experience
In December of 2023, Reed turned her sole focus on the program's operations
At Florida State
Joined the Seminole staff in 2018 with more than a decade of experience and assumed the assistant director of operations position with the Seminoles
Worked with the director of football operations with the day-to-day operations as well as game day travel, hotels and catering needs
Assisted with both official and unofficial visits
Reed continued oversight of the annual football women’s clinic which had approximately 27-300 participants and handled aspects of the Willie Taggart, LLC for all summer camps and clinics
She also served as the main contact for all Tony the Tiger Sun Bowl team events
At Oregon
Made the physical move to Eugene along with a professional move into football operations
Worked with the Director of Football Operations with day-to-day operations along with game day travel and was the advance staff liaison on all away games
Assisted the Oregon recruiting department with official and unofficial visits as well as budgeting aspects
Managed and oversaw all operation of the annual Football Women’s Clinic, an event that had approximately 175 participants
Assisted with on-site high school football clinics
Served as the main hotel (Mandalay Bay) contact for the Las Vegas Bowl
At USF
Made the move to Tampa, Florida to continue working with Coach Taggart as his executive assistant as well as managing his everyday calendar
Assist entire coaching staff on an everyday basis with travel arrangements, and general needs along with the responsibility of expensing all travel for 10 coaches following recruiting trips
Assist the director of football operation with day-to-day operations along with game day travel
She also assisted the recruiting department for both official and unofficial visits
Oversaw all operations of the annual USF Football Women’s Clinic, an event that averaged 10-125 participants and over $4,000 in revenue
Worked with on-site and remote summer high school football clinics around the state of Florida
At WKU
Reed spent eight years at WKU
She began her tenure there in 2005, as a student football equipment manager
In 2006 she added the duties of administrative student assistant to go along side of her equipment staff duties
After graduation, she spent two seasons as a graduate assistant and travel coordinator for the women’s basketball team, a position she held until May of 2011
In July of 2011, Reed joined the football staff as an administrative assistant where she was responsible for the head coach’s schedule, public appearances, radio interviews, media interviews and appointments
She also assisted the entire coaching staff on a daily basis and was responsible for the reconciliation of all expenses as well as assisting with all official and unofficial visits
Personal Education: Earned a bachelor’s degree in recreation administration from WKU in 2009 and a master’s degree in athletic administration/coaching from WKU in 2011
