Joined the Owls in the Spring of 2021 as an assistant strength and conditioning coach
At Nicholls State
Worked at Nicholls State University from 2019-20 as a graduate assistant strength and conditioning coach.
Was responsible for the design and implementation of yearlong training programs for women’s soccer, track and field, and cross country.
Assisted with the implementation of programs for sports such as football, women’s basketball, softball and baseball
Coached proper sprinting, agility mechanics, and weight-lifting techniques.
At Tulane
Served as a volunteer strength and conditioning intern in 2019
Assisted coaches with workouts for up to 36 student-athletes
Gained experience with the catapult GPS technology to measure athletic performance, intensities, and player load.
Tested and monitored hydration levels for each athlete using refractometer to ensure optimal levels were maintained
Personal Education: Earned a B.S. degree in administration from Southeastern Louisiana in May of 2019 Certifications: Certified Specialist in Strength and Conditioning, CPR/AED and in First Aid
