The Owls defense was aggressive finishing 2023 ranked No. 12 in team tackles for a loss, bolstered by 13 tackles for a loss versus USF and ultimately ending the season 88 TFL, tying the program record set in 2019 a season that FAU play a total of 14 games compared to 12 in 2023
Saw NG Evan Anderson earn third team All-AAC honors following the program inaugural season in the league and second team All-AAC recognition by Phil Steele's Magazine. Anderson then represented Florida Atlantic in the East/West Shrine game on Feb. 1

Served as an assistant director of player personnel for a team that posted an 11-2 regular-season record, was perfect in C-USA play and captured the 2022 C-USA Championship
The Roadrunners, who ended the season ranked No. 22 nationally, earned a berth in the Duluth Trading Cure Bowl

With LA Chargers

Participated in the Bill Walsh 2022 NFL Diversity Coaching Fellowship Program with the Los Angeles Chargers, a program created to offer minority coaches more opportunities to learn, along with great exposure to job opportunities

At UWG

Served three seasons as West Georgia's defensive line coach
Advanced to the 2021 Division II NCAA playoff
Mentored Second Team All-Conference defensive tackle Marzavion Dix
In his first year with the program, Maggitt worked with two players who reached their NFL aspirations, helping Auzoyah Alufohai to earn a spot on the Houston Texans' 53-man roster in the Fall of 2020 and Chad Price who closed out his UWG career by becoming the next in a long line of outstanding and highly decorated defensive ends

Member of the Texas staff in 2017 and 2018, working as a defensive quality control assistant

Played an integral part of Houston capturing the conference championship as well as being a part of the staffs that coached in the Peach Bowl and the Vegas Bowl

Finished Iowa State career with 77 tackles, including 10.5 for a loss
Named All-Big 12 Honorable Mention (2012)
Finished senior season (2012) with 33 tackles, a team high 7.5 for loss, including 2.5 sacks while starting all 13 games. Recorded a season-highs of six tackles in consecutive games, at TCU and vs. Kansas State and recovered a fumble at Oklahoma State
In 2011, drew a start against Northern Iowa before leaving game with season ending knee injury
2010 saw him play in every game recording one start and accumulating 30 tackles, two forced fumbles, recovering one, and adding a broken up a pass. He had a season-high five tackles against Northern Iowa and posted four tackles, one for loss, against Utah
Played 12 games in 2009, after redshirting 2008, making 14 tackles, forcing a fumble, and recording two pass breakups to go along with his season-high three tackles at Kansas and Missouri
Was coached by legendary Palm Beach County high school coach Jack Daniels where he was a two-star recruit and chose Iowa State over Indiana, Pittsburgh, and Central Michigan. The 10-3 Dwyer team lost in third round of Florida 4A playoffs. As a defensive lineman, he totaled 47 tackles, 18 sacks, and 12 tackles for loss as senior earning 4A second-team all-state by Florida Sportswriters Association, first-team all-district, first-team all-county after and was named first-team all-conference and second-team all-county as a junior
