2003: Played in every game seeing action obh on special teams and defense...ended the year eighth in total tackles with 41...recorded a sack against Gardner-Webb for a loss of four yards, forced a fumble against Valdosta State and recovered two against Nicholls State...credited with one pas broken up versus Northern Colorado...book ended his season with seven tackle games first two opponents Division I-A Middle Tennessee and; then season home opener Valdosta...final three games, all play-offs he recorded five tackles in each...ended his junior campaign as the team's Scholar Athlete, marking the second consecutive year he has been recognized for his academic efforts...fall and spring honor roll member.
2002: played in every game…recorded 37 total tackles, including 24 solo…two were for a loss of 6 yards…broke up three passes and recovered one fumble…most productive game was the first of the season and was against the program’s first Division I A opponent, South Florida…he had eight tackles and broke up a pass…against FAU’s second DI A opponent, Troy State, he had four tackles, a broken up pass and a fumble recovery…both tackles for a loss were against Bethune-Cookman…at season’s end he was named the football team’s Scholar Athlete and was nominate for the Athletic Department’s Student-Athlete of the Year.
2001: Played in every game (10)...recorded seven solo tackles and 12 tackle assists...1.5 was for a loss of 14 yards and was credited in the sack category...he also recovered one fumble...his first collegiate tackle was a solo and it was against the no. 22 team in the country...in the team=s next game versus Jacksonville, he forced a fumble and recorded his first sack, a loss of nine yards...had his best defensive game with two solo tackles and five assists against St. Mary=s...all as a true freshman.
Coaches= Comments Upon Signing: Good size and vision, big physical and intelligent player...projected as a linebacker at FAU...impressive hitter with good speed...very athletic...lost to state champion Glades Central in the play-offs.
High School: Played for Chuck Wood at Rockledge High School...had 100 tackles during the 2000 regular season...earned first-team Florida Today All-Space Coast Defensive team honors...second team All-State (3A)...also played linebacker for Rockledge...a member of the soccer team that participated in the state play-offs.
