- In his only year as an Owl, was a key cog in the bullpen, especially down the stretch
- 15 of his 16 appearances came out of the 'pen, throwing to a 3.52 relief ERA; In 13 of those 15, he gave up a run or less
- In 23 relief innings, struck out 26 and, improbably, walked just two batters
- Those two walks came in his first two appearances, meaning he walked zero opposing hitters in his final 22 2/3 innings
- Starred in an elimination game against Rice at the Conference USA Championship, matching his longest relief outing of the year with three scoreless innings
- In that game, he allowed only two hits, struck out three, and earned his first FAU save
- Was the first grad transfer in FAU baseball history
