Litman Earns American Honorable Mention

BOCA RATON, Fla. – Florida Atlantic sophomore pitcher James Litman has been named an American Conference weekly honorable mention. Litman is the fifth Owl this season to earn an honorable mention nod.
The Boca native held Charlotte scoreless for the first seven innings on Friday night before finally conceding a solo home run in the eighth. He completed his night, allowing five hits in seven innings. He struck out five 49er hitters.
Litman is now tied for the American Conference lead with seven wins. He's third in innings pitched and fourth in strikeouts.
