Coach Jakus Meets with Media on Monday

BOCA RATON, Fla. – Florida Atlantic men's basketball Head Coach John Jakus met with the media on Monday to discuss the beginning of postseason play.
Jakus spoke about the No. 7 Owls (17-14, 9-9) preparing to travel back to Birmingham, Alabama, to compete in the 2026 American Conference Championship tournament. FAU is locked in as the 7th seed and will take on the No. 10 seed Temple (16-15, 8-10) in the first round of the tournament. The FAU Owls will battle the Temple Owls for the third time this season on Wednesday, March 11, at 9 p.m. ET on ESPN+.
