Rodgers and Pintelon Named January Student-Athletes of the Month

BOCA RATON, Fla. – Florida Atlantic Athletics has named its SafeGuard Impact Student-Athletes of the Month for January with men's basketball's Xander Pintelon and Erin Rodgers from the women's basketball team receiving the honors.

The monthly awards are presented to a male and female Florida Atlantic student-athlete to recognize their excellence in the classroom. FAU's athletic academic staff votes on the award. It is the first time this duo has received the honors.
