Owls Travel to Charlotte for the 2025 AAC Outdoor Championships

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – The Florida Atlantic women's track & field team is set to compete in their second American Athletic Conference Outdoor Championships on Thursday, May 15, through Saturday, May 17, at the Irwin Belk Track & Field Center, aired on ESPN+.
Throughout the 2025 outdoor regular season, the Owls have had 11 new entries into the program's top-10 record book. Rosa ten Berg is currently ranked in the top 10 in the 800-meter in the conference as she is registered at No. 4. In the 1500-meter, both Jessica Hatch and Anabell Reumann are ranked in the top 10 at the No. 6 and No. 10 spots. Hatch and Reumann, with a tremendous outdoor season, secured two of the top three spots in the conference rankings in the 3000-meter steeplechase, at No. 2 and No. 3, respectively.

LAST TIME OUT
- The Owls wrapped up outdoor regular season competition at the East Coast Relays hosted by the University of North Florida.
- The first day began with junior Camilla Nicholas finishing the night with a 24.95 in the 200-meter.
- After 20 years, Hatch broke the school record in the 1500-meter. She finished with a 4:27.58 for a new personal best
- Junior Reumann etched her name in the record book with a 4:31.06 in the 1500-meter, third all-time.
- Constance Pittet was one of the three Owls who finished within the top 20, finishing with a 4:37.25.
- Junior Andi VanMeter finished the night with a season best in the 5000-meter with a time of 18:17.43.
- On day two, Nicholas recorded a time of 11.93 in the 100m to kick off the day for the second and final day.
- In the 800-meter, ten Berg finished within the top 15 with a 2:09.25.
- Sofia Molina was the second Owl to finish in the 800-meter. She recorded a 2:13.09 to conclude the meet for FAU.
