BOCA RATON, Fla. – Florida Atlantic's success on the diving board has continued with another ASUN weekly honor. For the first time this season, senior
Rocco Simonelli has been named ASUN Diver of the Week, as announced by the conference on Tuesday.

This is the second time an Owl diver has won a diving weekly honor this season. For Simonelli, this is the first time in his career he has won an ASUN weekly honor award.
A big catalyst for the Owls in their dual meet victory over Keiser, Simonelli finished with two top three finishes. On the 3mtr diving, he won the event totaling a score of 321.30. In the 1mtr event, he finished second with a score of 287.85, giving the Owls significant scoring in their 194-104 win.
ON DECK
The Owls will have a little bit over a month off before gearing up for the Patriot Midseason Invitational hosted by George Mason. The three-day meet begins on Thursday, Nov. 20 with competition wrapping up on Saturday, Nov. 22. FAU will be looking for a third consecutive team sweep of the meet.
