Owls Head to UNF for Last Regular Season Meet

BOCA RATON, Fla. – One last meet remains on the schedule for Florida Atlantic's women's track & field team in the regular season: the East Coast Relays, hosted by University of North Florida, beginning on Friday, Apr. 26
The two-day meet will mark a final tune-up before FAU participates in their first American Athletic Conference Outdoor Championships, taking place in San Antonio, Texas from Friday, May 10 through Sunday, May 12.
It has been a successful first year in the AAC for the Owls who have impressed in many events. Florida Atlantic is ranked No. 44 in the nation in the outdoor season's 800m, per the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association, with average time of 2:10.55.

LAST TIME OUT
FAU traveled to North Carolina to participate in the Duke Invitational on Apr. 12 – 13.
- Anabell Reumann won the 3000m steeplechase with a time of 10:38.94, ranking fifth in the conference and 42nd in the NCAA East Region
- Rosa Ten Berg now has the third best program time in the 800m (2:08.23), leading the way for the Owls with an 11th place finish
- Adrianna Mier set a personal best in the 800m with a time of 2:12.11, the fifth best time in FAU history

- Promise Cross – 4th in 400m hurdles (1:01.22), 9th in high jump (1.65m), 14th in 100m hurdles (14.04)
- Jessica Hatch – 16th in 3000m steeplechase (11:14.16)
- Jessica Lambert – 3rd in 800m (2:07.28)
- Mier – 11th in 800m (2:12.11)
- Reumann – 5th in 3000m steeplechase (10:38.94)
- Anna Rovirosa – 20th in 1500m (4:36.23)
