DURHAM, N.C. – The
Florida Atlantic women's track & field team completed the two-day Duke Invitational on Friday and Saturday.
Distance was on display for the Owls with strong performances and personal bests throughout, including an event victory as well as rising entries into the FAU record books.
- Anabell Reumann was victorious in the 3000m steeplechase. Her time of 10:38.94 goes down as the third best in school history
- Rosa Ten Berg set a new personal best in the 800m invite with a time of 2:08.23. This is good for third in program history
- Competing in the open 800m, Adrianna Mier recorded a new personal record and the fifth best time in FAU history (2:12.11)
- In the open 1500m, Jordan Stevens tallied a time of 4:44.57
The Owls will enjoy a weekend off from competition before heading to Jacksonville to take on the UNF Invite from Apr. 26 to 27.
