Owls Set to Compete in First AAC Matchup

WICHITA, Kan. - The Owls are off to Wichita, Kansas to take on the Shockers for their inaugural American Athletic Conference series on Friday, Mar. 8. First pitch is at 1 p.m. EST.

The Owls enter conference play facing a Wichita State team who placed No. 1 in the AAC Preseason Coaches' Poll.

THE RUNDOWN

The last time these two programs faced each other was Mar. 1, 2002. After 22 years, these two teams will face off in a conference matchup. This will mark the first game in the American for the Owls. Florida Atlantic leads the program series 2-0.
