- Earned the Heart and Hustle award her first two season with the Gryphons
- Followed that award by being named MVP during her junior season
- Named First Team Western Conference, team scholar and silver slugger award in her final season
- Saw her hitting come to life in her senior season, averaging .439 at the plate with 36 hits and 34 RBI in 27 games
- Her performance pushed Sickles to a regional final in the 2019 FHSAA 8A Championships
- Averaged an over .500 on base percentage line during her junior and senior years
- Topped .650 for her slugging percentage during her final three seasons
- Posted a .401 batting average, 93 hits, 78 RBI and 67 runs in her 86 game career for the Gryphons
- On the travel ball scene, Jackson has seven years of experience, with the last five coming with the Tampa Mustangs Bell squad

- Off the field, has been involved with National Honor Society, PTSA club, SERT club and named to the Principals Honor Roll
