BOCA RATON, Fla. – Florida Atlantic men's tennis (6-3) fell to undefeated UCF (6-0) 4-0 on Thursday evening.
The contest was the Owls first of five-straight on the road and the fourth road contest of the young season.
Florida Atlantic uncharacteristically surrendered the doubles point to open the match. UCF then needed just three points to clinch the contests. The Owls fell on court one and then saw
Juan Martin Jalif suffer his first loss of the season to move to 7-1 on the year. UCF clinched with a court four win and the remaining three were unfinished.
