Indoor Season Continues in Gainesville

BOCA RATON, Fla. – The Florida Atlantic University women's track & field team will continue their indoor season with the second of three consecutive meets in Gainesville, competing in the RADD Sports Invitational on Friday Jan. 19 and Saturday, Jan. 20.

For the Owls, they will look to build on their strong opening meet in which multiple personal bests were set.

The Owls competed in the Jimmy Carnes Invitational on Jan. 12 to open their season.

Adrianna Mier tallied a time of 57.24 in the 400m, currently fifth in the conference
Anna Rovirosa finished in second place in the mile (5:03.32) and fourth place in the 800m (2:17.38)
Six other Owls placed in the top 10 of the mile: Anabell Reumann (fourth, 5:04.74), Jessica Hatch (fifth, 5:06.19), Elyssa Toal (sixth, 5:06.52), Jordan Stevens (seventh, 5:06.94), Leah Helms (eighth, 5:07.24), and Casey O'Connor (10th, 5:14.87)
