- Ran 5:12.70 in the mile at the RADD Invitational
- Closed the season running the 800m (2:21.87) and mile (5:11.03) at the Florida Collegiate Invitational

Cross Country:
- Began season with a 24th place finish in 5K (19:44.9) at the UCF XC Invite (9/2/22)
- One of the top contributors in the Owls’ victory at the NAIA Pre-Nationals Invitational (9/17/22), finishing fifth overall (18:52.7)
- Dominated with a second-place finish (18:22.0) at the Florida Atlantic XC Invite (9/30/22), the second-best time ever recorded on the course and earned her CUSA XC Athlete of the Week
- Tallied a fourth-place finish at the USF XC Invite (19:08.9)
- Recorded a time of 22:50.6 at the CUSA Championships, placing in 26th
- Earned a personal best in the 6K (21:57.5) at the NCAA South Regionals (11/11/22)

- Tallied a time of 5:03.63 in the mile and finished 17th in the 800m (2:16.94, second fastest time among all Owls this season, at the Clemson Bob Pollock Invite)
- Won the mile at the Harvard Crimson Elite
- Finished the mile in sub-5 minutes, the first time in her career, with a time of 4:57.85 to tally 23rd place at the BU Bruce Lehane Scarlet & White Invite
- Earned 12th in the mile (4:58.70) and 21st in the 3000m (10:08.56) at the Conference USA Indoor Championship
- Also contributed to the school record distance medley relay team (11:59.61) with a seventh-place showing at the championships
- Logged a PR of 4:39.85 in the 1500m run at the UCF Black & Gold Invite, which became the eighth fastest time in school history
- Earned 12th out of 87 runners in the 1500m (4:41.13) at the High Point VertKlasse Meeting
- Tallied 19th in the 1500m (4:40.56) and ran the 800m (2:16.59) at the UF Tom Jones Invitational
- Registered an impressive 10th-place showing in the 1500m run (4:42.53) at the North Florida Collegiate Invitational
- At the CUSA Championship, qualified for finals in the 1500m run after earning 11th in the prelims (4:45.85) and finished in 12th (4:49.33) in the finals
- Also led the Owls in the 5000m run (18:15.40)
- Put on the 2021-22 CUSA Commissioner's Honor Roll
Cross Country:
- Did not compete during the 2020 XC season
- Captured third place in the 1000m run (3:02.61) at the UAB Blazer Invitational

- Chose FAU because the moment she visited the campus and met the track team, she felt really content and happy with everything she saw, especially when she met the coaches. Now that she's at FAU, she notes how happy she has been and would not choose any other school if she had the choice
