BOCA RATON, Fla. – The Florida Atlantic University men's and women's cross country teams will wrap up the 2023 fall season after competing in Friday's NCAA South Regionals, hosted by the University of Florida in Gainesville.
The Owls' season will conclude with both teams' toughest challenge yet, with the men racing in a 10K and the women competing in a 6K.

The Owls competed in their first American Athletic Conference Championship on Oct. 28 where they achieved several personal bests.
Women
- For the second time this season, Jordan Stevens was the Owls' top finisher with a personal best time (22:28.1)
- Leah Helms and Jessica Hatch finished consecutively with times of 22:46.9 and 22:47.4, respectively
- Paige Saiz logged a time of 22:54.4
Men
- Paul Glick was the leading Owl for the men with a personal record of 25:41.1
- Samuel Henery posted a time of 25:50.7
- Luke Gaudet was next to cross for the Owls with a time of 26:19.3
This will conclude the 2023 cross country season, but an exciting indoor track & field will kick off in January.
