Owls Lead After Day One at Jupiter Women’s Invite

JUPITER, Fla. – Florida Atlantic women's golf leads the Jupiter Women's Invite by two shots entering Tuesday's final round. Clemence Cadeac leads the individual competition by four shots after rounds of 69 and 67 on Monday.

Cadeac accumulated 10 birdies in two rounds on Monday to lead the field at -4.
The graduate senior from France finished tied for third in this same event last year.
Cadeac will be looking for her first career victory on Tuesday.
Freshman Charlotte Perkins (+3) balanced four birdies with four bogeys in her second round and sits tied for fifth, seven shots behind Cadeac.
Perkins is tied with Olivia Bergner, who held the first round lead after opening with one-under 69. Bergner posted 74 in the afternoon.
Western Carolina held the first round team lead but the Owls bested the Catamounts by 13 shots in the afternoon to claim the overnight lead.
