BOCA RATON, Fla. – The Florida Atlantic University women's track & field team have announced the release of the 2022 outdoor portion of the schedule. The Owls will compete in a total of eight meets across the states of Florida, North Carolina and Texas, culminating with the Conference USA Outdoor Championships hosted by UTSA.

FAU will begin their outdoor season with a split squad at the UCF Black & Gold Invitational in Orlando and the UM Hurricane Invitational in Miami (March 18-19). The full squad will then compete in the UM Hurricane Collegiate Invitational this following weekend on March 26.

On April 1, the distance Owls will compete at High Point University in North Carolina. FAU will then return to Miami for the third time to compete in the UM Alumni Invitational on April 9 followed by the Tom Jones Memorial Meet in Gainesville the next weekend (April 16).Â

After a weekend off, the rested Owls squad will head back north to finish the regular season at the UNF Invitational in Jacksonville (April 29-30).

The C-USA Outdoor Championships will take place in San Antonio, Texas from Thursday, May 12 to Sunday, May 15. The first round of the NCAA Championships will be hosted from Thursday, May 26 to Saturday, May 28 in Bloomington, Indiana.Â
