Owls Set for Huge Weekend

BOCA RATON, Fla. – The Florida Atlantic University men's tennis team is set for a huge weekend.
The doubles duo of Nicolas Acevedo and Filip Krolo captured the 2022 ITA Southeast Regional Tournament, hosted by Florida State, and will travel to the ITA National Fall Championship to be held in San Diego, California at the Barnes Tennis Center. Play begins Nov. 2 and will continue through Nov. 6.

The remaining Owls will head to Tallahassee, Florida where they will compete in the 2022 YFT/Bedford Cup, revisiting a tournament that set FAU's Kevin Huempfner up for the outstanding season that would follow. This year's event will feature players from Florida Atlantic, Florida Gulf Coast, host Florida State, USF, Stetson, and Troy.
Draws will be announced on Thursday, Nov. 3 and practice begins on Friday, Nov. 4.
