HOUSTON, Texas – The 88
th-ranked Florida Atlantic University men's golf team raced to a second-place finish through the Bayou City Collegiate Classic's first two rounds, landing only four strokes from first with 18 holes to go.
FAU is ranked above No. 26 UTSA, No. 42 Arkansas State and No. 49 Houston.
Enrique Dimayuga powered the Owls with a 136 to tie for first individually, including a first-round 66 that tied for a career low. 
Sully Zagerman joined Dimayuga in the top-10, tying for sixth with a 139 and posting a season-best 66 in the second round.
Max Sturdza and 
Alex Maguire also stood out for FAU. The former tied for 13
th with a 142 while the latter tied for 25
th with a 144.
The Owls will complete the Bayou City Collegiate Classic, their final regular-season tournament of the season, Tuesday in Houston. Live stats are available
