Sturdza Posts Career-Best Round At The Goodwin

STANFORD, Calif. – The Florida Atlantic University men's golf team massively improved on Day Two of The Goodwin, a three-day tournament featuring three top-10 teams. Through 36 holes the Owls are in 11th place out of 28 teams, an eight-spot jump from Day One.
Max Sturdza enjoyed a career-best round for the Owls on Friday. The Switzerland native posted a 66, moving him to sixth individually in a field of 146. Enrique Dimayuga (72) and Alex Maguire (73) are the next highest-ranked Owls, tying for 42nd individually.
The Owls will play The Goodwin's final round on Saturday, teeing off at 12:10 p.m. Pacific. Live stats are available here.
