BOCA RATON, Fla. – The Florida Atlantic University baseball team wraps up a seven-game homestand with two games against Penn, Tuesday and Wednesday, at FAU Baseball Stadium.

Owls' Weekend in Review
The Owls (9-6) won the weekend opener over Northeastern, 4-2, but the Huskies took the final two battles. In the middle matchup, sophomore catcher Nicholas Toney had FAU's first two-home run effort since Bobby Morgensen in last season's NCAA Regional in Gainesville.

Owls' Midweek in Preview
Penn (3-4) played a four-game series against FIU last weekend, winning the first two and falling in the next two. The wins were 4-1 on Friday night and 16-1 in the first Saturday tilt; the Panthers took two one-run wins after (2-1 in seven innings Saturday and 6-5 Sunday). For Penn, that came after just three games prior, losing two of three to Kennesaw State. The Quakers were chosen as preseason Ivy League favorites after a 2019 season where they finished fourth in the league at 11-10, and 23-18 overall.

This weekend, FAU lifts the lid on Conference USA play, traveling to Norfolk, Virginia for a series at Old Dominion starting Friday night. Then it'll be four home games in a row, versus Marist (March 18) and the C-USA home opening series against UAB (March 20-22).
