BOCA RATON, Fla. - The Florida Atlantic University beach volleyball hosted a preseason alumni match on Saturday morning, allowing past student-athletes to return to the FAU Beach Volleyball Complex. Nicole Grant, Carly Scarbrough, Brittany Pellitteri, Andrea Galinis, Amanda Silva and Jessalyn Kinlaw were among the alumni in attendance.
"It was a lot of fun," said FAU head beach volleyball coach Capri Grotowski. "We have a lot of really good alumni who still play and compete, so I think the girls got a really good day out of it."
FAU opens the 2019 season on Friday, Feb. 21 with matches against Mercer and FIU in Jacksonville as part of the UNF Beach Invitational.
