BOCA RATON, Fla. – Florida Atlantic University football is in full swing this spring and has announced upcoming key dates for prospective student-athletes.

HIGH SCHOOL COACHES SOCIAL
With "Spring Drills" just around the corner, the high school socials are an opportunity for the coaching staff to introduce FAU to the high school coaching community. Coaches will have the opportunity to meet the Owl coaches, view the training facility and present position-specific questions to experienced FAU staff members, who have focused their careers on the game of football. All questions should be directed to 561-297-1094.Dates are as follows:

- March 18 (Broward County Coaches)

SPRING PRACTICE
Scrimmages will be held on the following Saturdays:
- April 4 – Dade County (site and time TBD)
- April 11 – Broward County (site and time TBD)
- April 18 – Spring Game at FAU Stadium
SPRING RECRUITING
Members of the FAU coaching staff will be concentrating on their four permissible weeks of recruiting efforts from April 27-May 18.Â
CAMP DATES
adidas Mega-Camp at FAU, featuring an open invitation to all adidas-affiliated college coaches, will be held Thursday, June 4. The camp is open to any and all entrants (limited only by number, age, grade level and/or gender). Registration is from 8:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m., and camp Instruction runs from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m.Â
SEASON OPENER
The Owls are scheduled to open the 2020 schedule at Minnesota on Thursday, Sept. 3 and will open the 2020 home slate versus Stony Brook on Saturday, Sept. 12. For more information, please call 1-866-FAU-OWLS.Â
