Coach May, Players Discuss 2020-21 Basketball Season

BOCA RATON, Fla. – The 2020-21 basketball season is rapidly approaching, and the Florida Atlantic University Owls began their hunt for a Conference USA championship last week.
Our Frank Forte met with the team to discuss its upcoming season. FAU head coach Dusty May spoke about scheduling challenges amid the COVID-19 pandemic and his expectations for the Owls' freshmen. Karlis Silins discussed his experience traveling to and from his native Latvia and his time on the Latvian national team. Jailyn Ingram and Everett Winchester, who each dealt with knee injuries in years past, spoke about their improved health statuses.
