The Owls (2-2-0, 1-0-0 C-USA) won their second overtime match in as many weeks with a golden goal from junior
Alex Alexis against South Carolina on Friday. With the win, FAU started conference play 1-0 and earned crucial points in the league standings.

Hagay Jalon has posted back-to-back shutouts, making a career-high eight saves against South Carolina.
Gonzalo Pena Barrasus and Alexis Alex have each scored for the Owls this season. Alonso Coello Camarerro leads the team with two assists on the year.
Blake Dean has also recorded an assist.
ABOUT THE OPPONENT
USF (1-4-0) picked up its first win of the season last Friday with a 1-0 win over Ohio State in Columbus, Ohio. Tomasz Skublak has scored two goals for the Bulls this season. Harrison Devenish-Meares has played all five games in-goal for USF. He has a 1.20 goals against average and 0.786 save percentage on the year.
