BOCA RATON, Fla. - The Florida Atlantic University volleyball team will make its first Conference USA road trip of the season. The Owls will travel to FIU on Friday, then head to Charlotte on Sunday.

Last Week: The Owls (10-3, 1-0 C-USA) won their conference opener for the first time since 2014 by sweeping UAB on Sunday. FAU has won its last 10 matches in a row, its longest winning streak since 2005.
Massiel Matos had 17 kills in the match and was named C-USA Offensive Player of the Week.

History: FIU holds a 30-28 lead in the all-time series. The Owls and Panthers split their two meetings last season, with each team winning on the other's home floor. FAU has only lost to Charlotte once in their 11 all-time meetings. The Owls won both matches last year, losing only one set to the 49ers.
