NORMAN, Okla. –The Florida Atlantic University football team lost its season opener to #5 Oklahoma 63-14 on Saturday.
Quick Hits

Redshirt Freshman Chris Robison drew the season opening start for the Owls. He was the first freshman to start a season opener since Rusty Smith started the 2006 opener vs. Clemson.
Freshman Sebastian Riella punted to end FAU's first drive.
Senior linebacker Azeez Al-Shaair and senior defensive lineman Ernest Bagner recorded the season's first tackle for a loss.
Devin Singletary scored on a five-yard run to punch in the first TD of 2018 for the Owls. It was the 45th rushing TD of Singletary's career.
Graduate Student Rafe Peavey opened the first drive of the fourth quarter under center. It was his first action in an Owl uniform.
Senior De'Andre Johnson was the third quarterback to see action in the game.
