Owls Host WKU for Senior Day

BOCA RATON, Fla. - The Florida Atlantic University softball team will conclude its 2018 home schedule this weekend with a three-game series against WKU. The Owls are currently in fourth place in the Conference USA standings, but are still alive for the C-USA regular season title. The Owls will recognize their seniors prior to Saturday's doubleheader.
Last Week: The Owls (23-23) split their doubleheader at Middle Tennessee last weekend, with the third game being cancelled due to rain. FAU hosted the Chinese National Team for a doubleheader on Wednesday night, winning the first game 1-0, but losing the second 2-0.
History: FAU leads the all-time series with WKU 22-14. The Owls swept last season's regular season series with the Hilltoppers. FAU's 4-1 win in the finale was Head Coach Joan Joyce 900th career victory. WKU defeated the Owls 6-5 in the C-USA Tournament.
