Series Finale vs. Middle Tennessee Cancelled

MURFREESBORO, TENN. – Sunday’s rubber match of the three-game series between the Florida Atlantic University softball team and Middle Tennessee has been cancelled due to heavy rain in the Murfreesboro area.  

            The two teams split Saturday’s doubleheader, with the Blue Raiders winning game one 6-1, then FAU scoring three runs in the top of the seventh to take the nightcap 4-3.  The Owls (23-23) will host the Chinese National Team in an exhibition doubleheader on Wednesday, April 25, beginning at 5 p.m.

            FAU will host WKU in a three-game Conference USA series starting with a doubleheader on Saturday, April 28, at 4 p.m. at the FAU Softball Stadium. Saturday will be Senior Night and the Owls will recognize their seniors before the first game.
