MIAMI, Fla. -- The Florida Atlantic University women's tennis team suffered a 4-0 loss at the hands of No. 40 FIU on Sunday to end the 2017-18 regular season.
- FIU's Mina Markovic and Sandra Bozinovic topped Marisa Ruiz and Natalia Boltinskaya 6-1 to begin doubles play
- The Panthers then won the point as Andrea Lazaro and Nerma Caluk beat JaCara Gillis and Kristen Thoms 6-3
- Gillis suffered a 6-2, 6-1 loss to Bozinovic at No. 4 singles
- Jennifer Leib was then topped 6-3, 6-0 by Markovic as the Panthers extended their advantage
- FIU won the match when Maryna Veksler knocked off Marisa Ruiz 6-2, 6-4 in No. 3 singles
