BOCA RATON, Fla. – The Florida Atlantic University men's basketball team will hit the road for the first time this season, traveling to UCF to take on the Knights. It will be the Owls' first road game under new Head Coach
Dusty May. Sunday's game is set for a 3 p.m. tip-off.

LAST TIME OUT
- The Owls hosted Florida Tech to open the 2018-19 season on Wednesday. FAU was victorious, 98-52. It was their first win the season opener since the 2013-14 season
- Junior forward Jailyn Ingram had career highs in both points (21) and rebounds (12) for his first career double-double
- Anthony Adger scored 16 points, Jaylen Sebree had 15, while Xavian Stapleton just missed a double-double with 13 points and nine rebounds
- Kevaughn Ellis tallied 12 points and Karlis Silins added 10 to give the Owls six players in double figures
- FAU's 98 points are the most in a season opener since joining Division I

- The Knights opened their season with a 84-70 win over Rider on Tuesday night
- B. J. Taylor led the Knights with 22 points, while Aubrey Dawkins, son of head coach Johnny Dawkins, added 16 points and 10 rebounds
- Senior forward Collin Smith also had a double-double with 14 points and 13 rebounds. Guard Terrell Allen scored 13 points, giving the Knights four players in double figures
