NORFOLK, Va. – The Florida Atlantic University men's soccer team (2-7-0, 1-2-0 C-USA) dropped a 4-1 decision to Old Dominion (7-3-1, 4-1-0 C-USA) on Saturday night at ODU Soccer Complex.
HOW IT WAS DECIDED
FAU will have a full week off before hosting UAB at FAU Soccer Stadium next Saturday at 7 p.m.

HOW IT WAS DECIDED
- The match stayed scoreless for the first 29 minutes of the game before ODU scored the first goal. The Monarchs added another goal in the 41st minute to take a 2-0 lead into halftime.
- In the second half, Old Dominion scored in the 57th minute. The Monarachs scored their final goal of the night on a penalty kick in the 70th.
- In the 73rd minute, Immanuel Sierck found an open Arturo Ernand who took one touch to send the ball past the Monarch keeper.
- Ernand's second half goal was the first of the season for the freshman. It was also the first assist of the season for Sierck.
- Alvaro Rodriguez registered two shots on the night.
- Sierck put a shot on goal in the 35th minute.
FAU will have a full week off before hosting UAB at FAU Soccer Stadium next Saturday at 7 p.m.
