Men's Tennis Tops Troy, Wins Fifth Straight

BOCA RATON, Fla. - The duo of Andrei Morin-Kougoucheff and Remi Chancerel again set the Florida Atlantic University men's tennis team up for a victory as the duo won their doubles match and their respective singles matches on Friday in a 4-2 win over Troy.

Morin-Kougoucheff and Chancerel won their third-consecutive doubles outing together, topping Troy 6-3
Anthony Schohn and Felipe Frias moved to a team-best 4-1 in doubles play on the year with a 6-2 win, clinching the doubles point for the Owls.
Arthur Stefani and Stefan Burnett also led their doubles match 5-4
In singles, Morin-Kougoucheff topped Andy Lau 6-0, 6-7, 6-1 to improve to 3-0
Chancerel's 6-7, 6-4, 6-0 victory gave him his fourth victory in a row as he remains perfect on the season
Ignacio Jimenez led 3-0 before his opponent suffered an injury and retired from the match
Schohn fell to Mustapha Belcora 7-6, 2-6, 6-3 while Stefani was defeated 2-6, 7-5, 6-0
Frias led his match 7-6 (4), 3-6, 4-1 when play was ended
